Windows 10 is the very first operating system that has inbuilt personal assistant called Cortana. The Personal assistant Cortana is specially designed software that perform actions based on your voice commands in Windows system. Microsoft’s Cortana is merely performances as like as Google Now. Cortana Currently available in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Canada, Italy, Germany, Spain, Mexico, France, China, Japan, and Brazil.
Supporting languages are English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Japanese.
Note: If you are a user from Japan, Australia, Canada, or India, you should need to install Windows 10 version 1511 threshold 2 November update.

How to use Cortana for Windows 10 desktop for non-supported countries:
Note: The above mentioned are not needed to follow the below tips to enable Cortana on your device. Just install your language pack in order to get the Cortana.
Go to Settings app by pressing Windows key + I, an immediate setting window will be popped out like below. Select the time and language category under settings.
Select Region & Language in the left navigation pane. In the main windows, select country as the United States under the Country or region frame.
Click on add language that is located under the languages frame and select English from the next window.
Now you will get a window that contains a list of country based English language pack. Select English (United States) from the list. Note: It will take some more time to load those pages, so wait on the same page until you get the result.
After successful installation of language pack, you will be redirected to Country or region frame. Now select the English (United States) language and set it as primary as below.
Almost you have finished setup for Cortana in Windows 10 for non-Cortana supporting countries. Finally, all you need to do is just a single restart for your PC to take the tour on Cortana and effective results on next boot.
How to enable or disable Cortana in Windows 10 desktop
Are you from a Cortana supported country and cannot able to talk with Cortana? Just click on the Cortana menu as shown below and select settings.
There will be the choice to turn on or off her. If you want to talk with Cortana, just choose the “on button” as like below.
Don’t you like the Cortana feature on Windows 10 desktop? The Redmond also provides you the option to disable Cortana in Windows 10. If you desired to do that, just click on the Cortana menu and go to settings. There will be an option to turn off the Cortana on your Windows 10 PC.
